About Us

In 1965 the founding sisters of our monastery cooked our first batch of caramel, and now we've been selling our high-quality products for more than 50 years. In addition to our our signature caramel candies, our candy shop also offers chocolate-coated caramels, mint candies, chocolate hazelnut candies, truffles, caramel sauce and maple syrup. We support ourselves by manual labor, especially by the sale of our candy, which is made with the care and the loving attention to quality we try to bring to the whole of our life.
